DESCRIPTION:  The purpose of this one-hour seminar is to discuss current tax and legal considerations for agricultural producers and rural landowners planning for the transfer of their farm business and property. The discussion will explain the current tax environment, as well as strategies advisors are using to address common tax problems. The session will also discuss pitfalls of failing to plan and dangers of third-party promoters.
